| Insulation/Residential-Commercial |
 The initial use for the foam is as a way to insulate homes and places of business. This foam is vastly superior to fiberglass insulation, and is less harmful to handle. It also reduces noise pollution coming into the home from outside. Given its fire retardant properties, it will vastly increase the safety of dwellings when statistics show that someone dies in a home fire every eleven minutes. |

| Building Blocks/Residential-Commercial |
 Insulated concrete form construction (ICF) uses building units shaped into blocks (like Lego blocks) that have cavities in their interior. The units are constructed from foam and are assembled into the shape of a building's exterior wall. Steel reinforcing bars (rebar) are placed vertically and horizontally within the form, and the cavity is then filled with concrete. Unlike traditional form work that uses steel, aluminum, or plywood, ICFs are left in place after the concrete hardens. The foam blocks produce several inches of insulation on both sides of the internal concrete structure. The end-product is a wall that is solid, strong and super energy efficient. Drywall can be hung on the interior surfaces, and the outer walls can be covered with brick, wood or siding. Walls constructed like this will be strong, lightweight, and earthquake proof. Our EMEGA foam block manufacturing system can be used onsite to manufacture EMEGA building blocks. |

| Panels/Temporary Shelters-Floating Communities |
 The foam can be fabricated into panels and used to assemble the walls and roof of temporary shelters that are quick to to go up, insulated from heat and cold, and resistant to atmospheric pollutants. They can be easily disassembled and moved, then re-assembled over and over. In communities with land use challenges, and plenty of waterfront, entire condominium buildings can be built on the water, rising and falling with the tide. |

| Roofing/Shingles |
 One application that is currently being developed, and holds tremendous possibilities, is to form EMEGA foam into shingles and tiles to provide a lightweight, fire-resistant, and waterproof roof. In addition to minimizing damage by earthquakes, these tiles and shingles could greatly reduce damage by fire in areas where brushfires are common, and falling embers from a fire burning next door, or even miles away, pose a danger to roofing made of traditional materials. They are light-weight, and will last 100 years. |

| Tilt Ups/Commercial Buildings |
 In addition to being fashioned into smaller panels, the foam is an excellent material for much larger panels with a similar application. Very large panels the size of a warehouse wall can be formed at a construction site flat on the ground. Once the foam has set, the entire wall is tilted up into place. This method saves a lot of time and expense when used in this kind of construction project. |

| Boating/Water Craft |
 For improved insulation in watercraft, the foam is particularly effective, and has the added benefit of providing considerable waterproofing. The natural deleterious effects of salt air and seawater on the interior of a boat’s hull are greatly reduced. Recreational watercraft would greatly benefit by using our all green, EMEGA spray foam for interior insulation and waterproofing. |

| Surfing/Surfboard Blanks, Body Boards |
 EMEGA foam is an ideal material to use when manufacturing boards of all types – surfboards, and body boards. It is exceptionally lightweight, strong, and economical. The surfing and beach communities around the world are very environmentally conscious, and are a rich market for green products. Surfboard makers are already excited about the opportunity to use EMEGA foam in the production of their boards, and many of them have a pre-existing relationship with the principal of Tri-State Biopolymers. |

| Windmill Blades |
 By employing heat injection-mold technology, our EMEGA foam can be fabricated into multiple shapes, and a most pressing need for this type of product is in the making of fan blades for electricity producing windmills. EMEGA is developing, engineering, and patenting numerous fan blade designs utilizing a new formula for biofoam. Wind-generated electricity is a major growth sector and traditionally made fan blades are significantly back-ordered. This is another application with huge profit potential. EMEGA-designed fan blades are strong, lightweight, quiet, and efficient. |

| Hollywood/Props, Sets, Soundproofing, Temporary Buildings |
 Tri-State Biopolymers has deep connections in Hollywood and the movie industry, and is already receiving inquiries about how to use our product for the making of props and sets. The foam can be fashioned into any shape, and is easy to work with after it sets. The advantage of using our fire-resistant foam to make props and structures on a film set is obvious. Multi-million dollar productions, or productions of any size have built-in fire hazards, such as numerous extremely hot lights on set that can fall over onto flammable walls or furniture. There are also electronic components everywhere and a tangle of electrical wires a mile long that can short circuit, create sparks, and start a fire. Fire-proof elements that can be utilized on a set greatly enhance the safety of cast and crew, and provide an environmentally friendly material to use in set/prop construction. |

 Perhaps the most immediate and far-reaching use is in the packaging industry. There are a multitude of ways that our EMEGA foam can be utilized in this world-wide, billion dollar industry, including void fill packaging (replacing Styrofoam peanuts), cushioning, surface protection, and blocking and bracing uses. We have several densities of foam to fulfill any particular packaging requirement. |

There are multiple uses for EMEGA foam in addition to insulation. The basic properties of the foam are unchanged in these applications, and new uses are being found continually. Many of them are well along in development, and a few are already on the market. EMEGA Green Polyurea (Aliphatic and Aromatic) is another focus product of Tri-State Biopolymers, LLC. It is manufactured from renewable American grown soybeans, and other vegetable oils and has the highest renewable content in the industry. This bio-based spray polyurea also consists of two component chemicals that when mixed together yield an anti-crumbling agent. It stops decay, and can be painted on surfaces to stop or prevent damage. It can be used on augers, conveyor belt parts, boat hulls, and cargo bays. Our petroleum-free polyurea can bomb proof bridges, homes, commercial buildings, and other structures, and is an excellent protective coating for the underbellies of vehicles. It stops corrosion in sewage treatment systems and plants. Other applications include uses on floating island components for floating island communities. In thicker applications or panels, it has some bullet proof capacity as well.
Available in two densities:
1. Green Polyurea (water based) Grade A aliphatic polyurea is very durable with anti-ballistic properties and is able to withstand bomb blasts.
2. Green Rigid Grade B (water based) aromatic polyurea is much lighter in volume. It works well as a decrumbler and as a protective coating.
** UV protectant and an anti-corrosion ingredient is added to our polyurea at no extra cost.
